Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are and shall be interpreted and applied as a part of the purchase order (“PO”) for the purchase of materials
and/or services (the “Goods/Services”) delivered by the purchasing company named in the PO, which is M Bar C Construction Inc., or one of its subsidiaries, as specified in the PO (such entity specified in the PO, “Buyer”), and the seller or supplier named in the PO (“Vendor”).
