When LaSalle Solar Systems was hired by Fiesta Ford of Indio, CA to install solar carports across the street from its dealership, LaSalle turned to M Bar C Construction to handle the steel structures to contain the solar panels. All told, this installation comprises more than 2,000 solar panels. This can generate enough electricity to cover a full 90% of the dealership’s electrical load. According to Gary LaSalle, the power generated could also power roughly 100 single family homes for a year. Not only that, switching to solar will reduce greenhouse gases by almost a million pounds each year.
M Bar C is proud to play a part in forward-thinking projects like this which harness alternative greener energy sources. To date, M Bar C has installed more than 200 megawatts of solar power in the United States.
