Natalie Greko joined M Bar C Construction in 2019 with over ten years of experience in administration and human resources at that time. Natalie received her BA degree in Psychology from Cal State San Marcos in 2015 and earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification in 2021.
After faithfully leading M Bar C’s Human Resources Department for over three years, Natalie has shifted to supporting The M Bar C Leadership Team as Executive Assitant.
When she’s not assisting M Bar C employees, she can usually be found at the local beaches with her family or camping in Joshua Tree.
