Neil Bradley, Director of Strategic Accounts at M Bar C Construction, brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience, 20 of those within the construction industry. Initially a vendor of M Bar C in his previous role, Neil recognized the company’s growth potential in the solar sector and joined the team in 2011. Today, Neil drives new project opportunities and cultivates long-term client relationships, reinforcing M Bar C’s reputation for exceptional service and quality. He has played a central role in several large-scale solar carport projects, including the 12.5 MW installation at Six Flags Magic Mountain and the 7.5 MW canopy at Discovery Kingdom, as well as numerous projects for California school districts. Known for his ability to build enduring industry partnerships and deliver tailored solutions, Neil is a trusted leader in the commercial construction industry.
Neil is a Southern California native, born and raised in Orange County, and has been living in San Diego for the past 36 years. He enjoys being outdoors year-round. Neil enjoys spending time with his wife, Katrina, traveling, and golfing when not at work.
