The City of Decatur is making significant progress in its commitment to sustainability, with two-thirds of the Civic Center parking lot equipped with M Bar C solar carports. This installation is estimated to meet 95% of the facility’s power needs and is expected to save the central Illinois location over $100,000 in energy costs each year.
